south of Beaufort......so there is no more land after
it......just completely wrapped with ocean! Enjoy year

& bikini!! There is a traveling
massage therapist on the island. Wonderful
fish market 6 minutes off island with shrimp caught fresh
daily. (Forrest Gump was filmed here!) Beaufort is just
19 miles away with quaint shops, art galleries, coffee
shops, restaurants, horse drawn historic tours, walking
tours, art museum, antique stores.
• Closest airport
is Savannah / Hilton Head Airport and then about 1 hr
10 minute drive to catch up and enjoy the scenery. Rent
a car or JGT can arrange a private transfer!
• The island is a gated, quiet, beautiful community
of about 1500 homes with 3 1/2 miles of wonderful beach.
The home sits on the marsh with a 120 degree view of
the marsh. So peaceful,
egrets soar and land in the marsh grass, birds sing,
coastal breezes softly wave through the home. Very green
and lush with palm trees!
